Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings and orders placed with The Bubble Room. Any terms shown during checkout also form part of your booking or order.

Payment and hold

Your date and items are held for 12 hours after you place your booking or order. Payment must be made by EFT using the booking or order reference. If payment is not received within 12 hours, the hold expires and the date or items become available again.

Bubble House hire

Bubble House hire is self-collection and self-setup. Collection is from 09:30 at 30 President Street, Bloemhof, North West. The included electric blower must remain connected and running while the Bubble House is inflated. The agreed return date and time shown in the order must be respected.

Refundable deposit

A R200 refundable deposit applies to Bubble House hire. It is refunded within 48 hours after return and inspection, subject to deductions for damage, missing items or equipment, abnormal cleaning or outstanding late-return fees. Any deductions will be itemised. If the total cost exceeds R200, the remaining balance is payable by the customer.

Late return

Late returns are charged at R100 per hour or part of an hour.

Balloon Sets

Balloon Sets are supplied uninflated. Stock is subject to availability and is held for 12 hours while payment is pending.

Cancellation

Bubble House: no-show or cancellation within 7 days before collection — no refund; 8–21 days before collection — 50% refund; more than 21 days before collection — 100% refund.

Balloon Sets: cancellation 24 hours or more before collection — 100% refund; less than 24 hours before collection — no refund.
