A residential address and SA ID or passport information are collected only when a Bubble House hire is included. Optional refund banking details are collected only if you choose to provide them for an applicable deposit refund.

Why we use it

We use personal information to process your booking or order, manage availability and stock, verify the person collecting hired equipment, communicate about payment and collection, administer refundable deposits, maintain accounting records and resolve disputes.

How we protect it

Personal information is handled securely and access is limited to authorised administration. It is not shared for unrelated marketing. We do not expose customer or booking details in the public availability calendar.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for booking and order administration, legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
